On July 24, Zhejiang Cement Association and China Cement Network jointly sponsored the "Zhejiang Cement Industry Ultra-low Emission Transformation and Assessment Monitoring Training Conference and Cement Industry High-quality Development Exchange" in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Shu Junlong, a third-level researcher of the Atmospheric Department of the Department of Ecology and Environment
of Zhejiang Province, delivered an important speech. He said that we should fully understand the significance of the ultra-low emission transformation of the cement industry. The total amount of pollutants and carbon emissions in the cement industry is in the forefront of the industrial sector, and the environmental benefits of the ultra-low emission transformation of the cement industry are obvious. Compared with the whole country, the ultra-low emission work of cement industry in Zhejiang Province started early and has a good foundation, but there are also some outstanding problems: first, some cement enterprises have not implemented the emergency measures for heavily polluted weather, or even overproduced production; second, the approved construction is inconsistent, and the production capacity is exceeded in violation of regulations; third, there are many problems in daily environmental management.
Shu Junlong said that cement enterprises in the province should conscientiously and timely complete the ultra-low emission work in the cement industry, and clarify the requirements for rectification tasks: 1. Promote the adjustment of industrial structure and accelerate the integration of cement clinker production capacity in key areas of cement production. By 2025, no less than 8 clinker production lines of 2500 tons per day and below will be integrated and withdrawn . 2、 will vigorously promote clean transportation in key areas. By 2025, more than half of the production capacity of the cement clinker industry will achieve clean transportation of bulk goods or vehicle transportation of emission standards of China VI and above. By 2027, the cement clinker industry will achieve clean transportation of bulk goods or vehicle transportation of emission standards of China VI and above. In order to promote the comprehensive renovation of mines with 3、, clean transportation methods such as belt corridors should be adopted in mines, and new energy transport vehicles and mining machinery should be encouraged. The 4、 will accelerate the transformation of ultra-low emissions in key industries, and by the end of June 2025, the cement industry will have completed the transformation of organized and unorganized ultra-low emissions.
Shu Junlong appealed that we should give full play to the main responsibility of enterprises, rectify the problems of central environmental protection supervision, and complete the evaluation, monitoring and publicity of the whole process of ultra-low emission transformation as soon as possible.
