Liu Yan said that the situation of overcapacity in the cement industry will exist for a long time, and the control of production and capacity will also exist for a long time. In recent years, the industry has achieved some results in anti-involution and anti-vicious competition, with large enterprises leading and small and medium-sized enterprises working together as the key, but we must also be aware that the current industry ecology is still fragile, which requires long-term efforts of all parties to jointly maintain.
Liu Yan believes that the dike of a thousand miles is destroyed by the ant hole, and the vicious competition of a few enterprises may destroy a region, and then destroy an industry. In the cement industry, enterprises, big or small, have the responsibility and obligation to do a good job of anti-involution, and every force is very important. Vicious competition is not conducive to the development of the industry, we must adhere to the anti-involution, strengthen industry self-discipline, adhere to the market-oriented mechanism, and smooth the exit channels of backward production capacity.
As for how to deal with the difficult situation faced by the industry, Liu Yan pointed out that we should firmly establish the concept of "the industry is good, the enterprise can be good", and firmly establish the concept that only by working together to prevent vicious competition, can industry achieve high-quality development. The healthy development of the industry is our common responsibility, and all enterprises should maintain the healthy development of the industry ecology.
Liu Yan believes that it is our common responsibility to build a positive industry ecology. With large enterprises leading and small and medium-sized enterprises working together, the cement industry will surely develop healthily. Finally, Liu Yan put forward two sentences to encourage the industry, one is to discipline oneself before others, the other is to promote joint restructuring, improve regional capacity concentration, seize the opportunity of double carbon, and actively move towards the era of carbon emission reduction and carbon neutralization in the cement industry. He firmly believes that with the joint efforts of all of us, the cement industry will surely achieve healthy, stable and high-quality development.
