China Cement Network, made the theme report of "Analysis of the Impact of Debt Conversion on Cement Industry-Cement Plant Production and Operation Data Conference". Zheng Jianhui said that under the background of debt conversion, the project is required to achieve self-balancing of financing/income, and the project audit is becoming stricter. Local government debt is an important source of funds for infrastructure projects, and debt conversion takes up the debt limit and tightens the source of funds.
