Peak-shifting production time: peak-shifting production in heating season is from 00:00 on November 15, 2024 to 24:00 on March 15, 2025, totaling 120 days. Where the state has other provisions, such provisions shall prevail. Scope of
implementation: all clinker production lines of cement clinker enterprises in the province (including special cement clinker production lines, excluding chemical supporting clinker production lines). Production lines that undertake the tasks of protecting people's livelihood, such as residential heating, co-disposal of municipal solid waste and toxic and harmful waste, can reasonably adjust the peak staggering time by means of "peak staggering replacement" and make up for the peak staggering time in the non-heating season.
