replacement plan shows that Guizhou Duyun Haolong Cement Co., Ltd. has sold 3333t/d of production capacity for Ningxia Haolong Building Material 6000t/d clinker production line project, with a supplementary capacity of 1500t/d. Replacement ratio 2.222: 1.
