Mexico's Financier newspaper reported on December 14 that the Mexican Chamber of Construction Industry submitted a plan to the Parliamentary Infrastructure Committee for 10 infrastructure projects with a total investment of 194.6 billion pesos ( $15 billion), hoping that the Mexican Federal Government would adopt these projects in order to promote economic development.
