Recently, Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning provinces in Northeast China have issued a notice of peak staggering production. According to the relevant plan, from August 1 to August 16, the Northeast Cement Clinker Production Line will carry out peak staggering production and stop the kiln for 15 days.
On July 8, Heilongjiang Cement Association issued the Notice on Summer Peak-Staggered Production by Enterprises with Kilns in Heilongjiang Province, requiring enterprises with kilns in Heilongjiang Province to continue to implement summer peak-staggered production from 8:00 a.m. on August 1 to 8:00 a.m. on August 16, and to stop kilns for 15 days. The association will organize personnel to conduct inspections in early August to ensure the smooth progress of the peak staggering production.
On July 6, Jilin Provincial Building Materials Industry Association issued the Notice on Cement Clinker Production Enterprises in Jilin Province to Carry out Cement Peak Staggering Production in August 2024, saying that it decided to organize and implement peak staggering production in August 2024. All cement clinker production enterprises in the province are required to stop kilns for 15 days from 8 A. M. on August 1, 2024. The Provincial Building Materials Association will organize relevant personnel to supervise and inspect the implementation of this peak-shifting production by kiln enterprises in the whole province; the Provincial Building Materials Association will timely notify the implementation of this peak-shifting production, and timely report the violations to the Provincial Industry and Information Department and the Ecological Environment Department and take corresponding measures.
On July 5, the Cement Branch of Liaoning Building Materials Industry Association issued the Notice on Staggered Peak Production in August 2024, requiring all cement clinker production lines to stop kilns for 15 days from 8 A. M. on August 1, 2024 to 8 A. M. on August 16, 2024. All groups and enterprises must implement peak staggering and kiln shutdown according to the notification time. The association will organize relevant personnel to supervise and inspect the situation of kiln shutdown. price, according to the data center of China Cement Network, due to the implementation of peak staggering and kiln shutdown in Liaoning, the supply of clinker is in short supply at present. Since July 5, the leading enterprises in Liaozhong have again notified the increase of cement price by 60 yuan/ton.
