On October 28, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province issued the "Announcement on Capacity Replacement of Guotai Cement in Tengzhou City", saying that Tengzhou Guotai Cement Co., Ltd. plans to build a new φ4.0 × 13 m cement mill with an annual capacity of 900,000 tons, which is planned to be put into operation in December 2024, with a replacement ratio of 2:1.
