1 Shuicheng Conch Panjiang Cement Project
On October 29, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Announcement on the Capacity Replacement Plan for the Technical Upgrading Project of the 6000 Tons Per Day Cement Clinker Production Line of Shuicheng Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd.".
The announcement shows that the project relies on the integration and upgrading of the original site of the 1 # clinker production line with a daily output of 4000 tons and the 2 # clinker production line with a daily output of 3000 tons of Shuicheng Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd. The 2 # clinker production line with a daily output of 3000 tons of Shuicheng Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd. is transferred by reduction and replacement according to the ratio of 1.5: 1.
2 Zunyi Conch Panjiang Cement Project
On October 29, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guizhou Province also issued the "Announcement on the Capacity Replacement Plan for the Technical Upgrading Project of the Cement Clinker Production Line with a Daily Output of 5,750 Tons of Zunyi Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd.".
The announcement shows that the project has been upgraded on the basis of the original Zunyi Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd. The production line with a daily output of 2000 tons of clinker of Guizhou New Shuanglong Cement Co., Ltd. is transferred by reduction and replacement according to the ratio of 1.5: 1.
3 Guangdong Qingyuan Guangying Cement Project
Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Announcement on the Transformation of the Cement Clinker Production Line Project of Guangdong Qingyuan Guangying Cement Co., Ltd.".
According to the announcement, Guangdong Qingyuan Guangying Cement Co., Ltd. (Conch Cement Subsidiary) will have a cement clinker production line with a daily output of 2500 tons (Φ4.0X60 meters). A 6,500 t/d clinker production line is proposed to be built by merging with the cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4,000 tons (Φ4.8 * 72m) in the same plant, and the total capacity will remain unchanged after the merger.
4 Basu Conch Cement Project
a few days ago, the people's government of Basu County, Xizang, released the first public notice of environmental impact assessment of Basu Conch Cement Co., Ltd. 'S 3000t/d new dry process clinker cement production line and supporting 4.5MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation project. The
content shows that the project uses an existing 2500t/d cement clinker production line of Basu Conch Cement Co., Ltd. to add a set of oxygen-enriched preparation system and oxygen-enriched firing system. The produced O2 is supplied to the burning system, the office area and the dormitory in two ways, and the production capacity is increased to 3000t/d by adjusting the operating parameters of the working condition.
5 Linxia Conch Cement Project
On October 11, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Gansu Province issued the Announcement on the Capacity Replacement Scheme of the 6666t/d Cement Clinker Production Line Technical Transformation and Expansion Project of Linxia Conch Cement Co., Ltd.
Linxia Conch Cement will build a 6666t/d cement clinker production line technical transformation and expansion project in Xinying Town, Hezheng County, Gansu Province.
It is reported that the project relies on the expansion of Linxia Conch Cement 5000t/d cement clinker production line, and the expanded 1666t/d production capacity is replaced by the 2500t/d cement clinker production line of the enterprise according to the ratio of 1.5: 1.
