Yao Xinxi reported at the meeting that Qibin Solar Energy has advanced core technology of research and development and production of ultra-white photovoltaic glass, and has accumulated rich experience. Sabah, Malaysia, as the first stop for Qibin Solar Energy to expand its overseas market, has a high-quality silica sand production base with an annual production capacity of 1.2 million tons of fine sand, which provides a stable and reliable raw material guarantee for the production of ultra-white photovoltaic glass. He pointed out that since the signing of the land lease agreement with Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park in March last year, 40% of the project has been completed. This is the result of gathering the efforts of leaders and employees to face difficulties and keep moving forward, so that the project can proceed smoothly and on schedule.
Yao Xinxi disclosed that the first batch of 31 local employees have been sent to China for training, and more employees will go to China for training in batches. Before going to China, employees will also be arranged to go to Xima Float Base of Qibin Group for training in a planned way. The company believes that local employees who have been baptized by Qibin values and tested by practice, It will gradually become the new force and backbone of the base outside Binhai, and unswervingly promote the localization of employees is one of the long-term overseas talent development strategies of Binhai.
