On March 24, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China announced the announcement of the list of green manufacturing in 2022. Competent departments of industry and information technology of
all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities under separate state planning and Sinkiang Production and Construction Corps:
In order to implement the "14th Five-Year Plan for Industrial Green Development" and the "Implementation Plan for Industrial Carbon Peak", and continuously improve the green manufacturing system, Through the procedures of self-evaluation by the declaring units, evaluation by third-party organizations, evaluation and confirmation by provincial industrial and information authorities, expert demonstration and publicity, the list of green manufacturing in 2022 has been determined and is now published. Relevant matters are notified as follows:
I. In the list of green manufacturing in 2022, there are 874 green factories, 643 green design products, 47 green industrial parks and 112 green supply chain management enterprises (see Annex 1-4).
2. In accordance with the requirements of dynamic management in 2022, after verification and confirmation by the competent departments of industry and information technology in various places, our Ministry has removed 41 green factories, 72 green design products, 3 green industrial parks and 5 green supply chain management enterprises from the list of the first six batches of green manufacturing, and has established a green supply chain management system. 104 units changed their names (see Annex 5).
3. Local competent departments of industry and information technology should strengthen the connection between the units listed in the green manufacturing list and relevant industrial policies, give full play to the role of demonstration from point to area, and lead the green transformation of manufacturing industry in the region. In order to strengthen the follow-up guidance and dynamic management, the units listed in the green manufacturing list should be organized to fill in the dynamic management form for 2023 (the https://green.miit.gov.cn of the management platform for industrial energy conservation and green development), and the key indicators specified in the dynamic management form should be examined. If the key indicators of green manufacturing level do not meet the requirements of green manufacturing evaluation, organize on-site evaluation, complete the dynamic management work before April 30, 2023, and put forward dynamic adjustment suggestions. Our department will adjust the list after comprehensive evaluation. For major safety, quality, environmental pollution and other accidents, we should report them in time, and our Ministry will remove them from the list.
