Recently, Leshan Port and Navigation Center, together with the Municipal Traffic Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment, inspected the work of checking and renovating the "three noes" ships under the jurisdiction of Emeishan City, and requested that: First, we should strictly follow the relevant work requirements, implement the division of responsibilities, accelerate the progress of dismantling the "three noes" ships, and ensure that all the dismantling is completed by the end of March. Second, in the process of dismantling, we must do a good job of safety and environmental protection during the dismantling period, and make emergency preparations to prevent safety and pollution accidents.
