Second, in the process of dismantling, we must do a good job of safety and environmental protection during the dismantling period, and make emergency preparations to prevent safety and pollution accidents. Third, do a good job of explanation and communication to ensure that the process of banning and dismantling the "three nothingness" ships (sand mining platforms) in the jurisdiction is carried out smoothly.
