We will continue to promote energy conservation, consumption reduction and ultra-low emission transformation; build "five-star" garden-style factories; coordinate disposal to help urban domestic waste "eat dry and squeeze clean"; green mines glow with "new vitality".. Nowadays, cement enterprises are full of beautiful scenery, depicting a harmonious and symbiotic ecological picture.
"The green development of the cement industry contains a lot of content, it is clear that in recent years, the cement industry through its own efforts has greatly subverted people's traditional understanding of cement enterprises." Wu Shangan, senior consultant of China Cement Network, said in an exchange with China Cement Network.
In the view of Wu Shangan, the "old man" in the cement industry, in recent years, with the progress of related technologies, cement enterprises have made remarkable improvements in pollutant control, environmental protection transformation, waste disposal, pollution reduction and carbon reduction, and the cement industry is moving towards the direction of green and high-quality development.
However, when seeing the current situation of cement enterprises, Wu Shangan also put forward some suggestions of his own.
Taking the treatment of the three traditional pollutants in the cement industry as an example, Wu Shangan believes that the current level of equipment technology has basically met the requirements of ultra-low emission transformation in the cement industry. Higher pollution control efficiency, lower system resistance, more reliable and stable equipment performance, more intelligent operation and maintenance management and lower operation and maintenance costs should be considered according to local conditions. "We should not blindly aim at achieving ultra-low or even zero emissions, regardless of the production status and operating costs of the enterprise itself, and find the best balance between environmental protection transformation and enterprise operation." Wu Shangan pointed out.
"For example, in order to achieve ultra-low emissions of nitrogen oxides, some enterprises increase the use of ammonia, which causes ammonia escape problems that are actually more harmful than nitrogen oxides.". In addition, the transportation and storage of ammonia itself also put forward higher requirements for cement enterprises. Wu Shangan said that in addition, the choice of filter bags for dust removal and the impact of the use of high-sulfur raw materials and fuels on desulfurization are all issues that cement enterprises need to carefully consider after assessing their own production conditions.
For the future green development direction of the cement industry, Wu Shangan believes that there are mainly the following aspects:
First, the efficient use of raw materials and fuels. The cement industry can vigorously develop alternative fuels and gradually reduce its dependence on coal and other fuels, which can not only reduce costs, but also help the cement industry to save energy and reduce carbon.
Second, in-depth exploration of carbon emission reduction. Cement industry is a major carbon dioxide emitter, and should have more in-depth exploration in carbon emission reduction, collection and reuse.
Third, continue to promote intelligent manufacturing. Compared with other industries, the intelligent level of cement industry has been greatly improved in recent years, but there is still much room for improvement, such as how to make environmental protection devices more intelligent and how to make the whole system process more intelligent. There is no end to
technological progress. The green development of cement industry is always in progress, not completed. In the future, how the cement industry should find a way out between the downward demand and green development is still worth exploring.
