The announcement shows that there are 132 new lawsuits and arbitration cases involving Guangdong Hydropower and its subsidiaries, involving a total amount of about 420 million yuan, accounting for 10.65% of the absolute value of the company's audited net assets in the latest period (2022), which meets the disclosure standards. According to
Guangdong Hydropower, among the 132 cases, 11 cases were initiated by the company and its subsidiaries for prosecution and arbitration, totaling 58.4603 million yuan. As a defendant, the company was involved in 121 cases, totaling 361 million yuan. Among them, there are 7 major lawsuits and arbitration cases involving more than 10 million yuan, as shown in the following table:

In addition, 7 new lawsuits and arbitration cases have been settled, involving a total amount of about 17.5597 million yuan. The closed cases are all accused cases, including 2 cases of labor disputes, and the company does not need to assume responsibility. Of the 5 cases of disputes over the sales contracts, 4 cases were settled by mediation, reconciliation and direct withdrawal of the other party after the payment of the principal, and the Company and its subsidiaries actually paid RMB 200,000, of which RMB 197,700 was the principal of the goods and RMB 2,300 was the case acceptance fee; 1 case was settled by judgment, and the Company and its subsidiaries had to pay RMB 33,980 as the principal of the goods. The above cases have not had a significant impact on the company's operating results.
