Jiangxi Wannian Cement Plant Successfully Selected into the Intelligent Factory Case of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology

Recently, the Department of Raw Materials Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released 50 typical cases of digital transformation of intelligent manufacturing in building materials industry in 2023, covering seven directions, including single application, industrial Internet scenario, digital mine, system solution, intelligent factory, intelligent equipment and intelligent manufacturing innovation platform. Wannian Cement Plant, affiliated to Jiangxi Wannianqing Group Company, was successfully selected as the intelligent factory case of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

In recent years, Wannian Cement Plant has taken the development of digitalization, informatization and intellectualization as the breakthrough point, giving full play to the role of digital economy, seizing the opportunity of development, insisting on independent innovation in the application of intelligent equipment and technology, and making it more in line with the reality of local cement production through the localization of production equipment. Through the integration and application of intelligent laboratory, three-dimensional factory, energy management system and expert system, we strive to build an intelligent cement factory with evergreen characteristics, which integrates building materials industry and new generation of information technology, and provides a useful exploration for the digital transformation of building materials industry.

This selection is a typical case of digital transformation, which is the recognition and encouragement of Wannian Cement Plant. In the future, Wannian Cement Plant will accelerate the digital transformation and upgrading, focus on promoting the development of enterprises to be more intelligent and high-end, expand the new model and new format of digital-driven enterprises, and inject strong momentum into promoting the high-quality development of Wannian Cement Plant.
