1. Distributed PV will grow 18 times in the next 30 years. Is China's roof enough?
In the next 30 years, the scale of ground centralized photovoltaic power plants such as Shagohuang will increase six times , but what is more coveted is that the scattered roofs of urban and rural buildings gather sand into towers. The released installed capacity of distributed photovoltaic (including BIPV) will increase by 18 times, three times as much as the former.
2. More than 40 GW! European warehouses are full of Chinese PV modules
According to research firm Rystad Energy, there are now more than 40GW of Chinese-made solar modules in storage in Europe, with a cumulative value of about 70. ( $7.8bn). In recent years, global PV supply has been concentrated in China, and despite Europe's goal of establishing an internal production base, Chinese manufacturers have been able to lower prices and dominate the market, coupled with Europe's ambitious solar installation targets , module imports from China have increased dramatically. € 18.5bn ( $20.7bn) by 2022.
3. Photovoltaic Retirement Tide Opens, 1.7 Million Tons of Scrap Components "Where to Go"?
The International Energy Agency (IEA) predicts that by 2030, about 1.7 million tons of photovoltaic modules will be scrapped in China. "In fact, the retirement tide of photovoltaic modules in China has begun this year and will come around 2025." Lu Fang, Secretary-General of the Photovoltaic Commission of China Green Supply Chain Alliance, told reporters.

1. Latest progress! Atlas 14 Billion Project Finalized, "Shrinking" by Half? On the evening of July
19, Atlas announced that the 26th meeting of the first board of directors of the company deliberated and approved the Proposal on Investment and Construction of Photovoltaic Industry Chain Expansion and Supporting Projects, and determined that the specific landing projects of the first phase were: Project 1: 20GW monocrystalline rod drawing and 40GW monocrystalline crucible project with annual output; Project 2: Annual production of 10GW chips + 10GW batteries + 5GW modules + 5GW new materials.
On July 21, Henan Yicheng New Energy Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Yicheng New Energy") issued a prospectus (declaration) for issuing shares to specific targets, which was accepted by Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Yicheng Xinneng intends to raise a total of no more than 2.5 billion yuan (including this number), mainly for the construction of lithium-ion battery anode materials and distributed photovoltaic power station projects.
32,000 tons! Tongwei High Purity Silicon Project Starts! The 200,000-ton project
of Tongwei Silicon Energy integrates the technological research and development achievements of Yongxiang over the years, and is the application practice of the "eighth generation Yongxiang method", which marks that Tongwei has entered a new milestone in the field of high-purity crystalline silicon, and also opens an important chapter for the crystalline silicon photovoltaic industry. Li Bin, vice president of Tongwei and general manager of Yongxiang, said that Tongwei is expected to form 380000 tons of production capacity in the field of high-purity silicon this year, with a global market share of more than 25%, ranking first in the world.
