The construction technology is simple and convenient
. There are 6 construction units in the south area of the second bid section of the project, all of which are fabricated shear wall structures. Among them, the prefabricated shear walls on the 1st to 18th floors of the 3 # building and the prefabricated shear walls on the 1st to 16th floors of the 4 # and 6 # buildings all adopt this technology. At present, the 3 # building has been constructed to the 7th floor and the 4 # building has been constructed to the 4th floor. In the application practice, the components of the technical system have no sleeve, the preparation work only needs to check the elevation and the base mortar, the traditional positioning dowel is not needed to be considered, the process is simple, and the grouting is not needed on site, so the construction efficiency is higher while the quality is ensured. , only the elevation and the horizontal positioning need to be controlled for hoisting and positioning, the hoisting speed is shortened by more than one time compared with the traditional grouting sleeve connection system, the utilization rate of the formwork is reduced by 50-60%, and the number of the grouting sleeves on each layer is reduced by more than 200. Because the shear wall does not need to be grouted, the construction time of each layer can be saved by one day; and there are no large number of grout holes at the bottom of the precast wall, which can reduce the acceptance time of 50%.
