On July 21, Henan Yicheng New Energy Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Yicheng New Energy") issued a prospectus (declaration) for issuing stocks to specific targets, which was accepted by Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Yicheng Xinneng intends to raise a total of no more than 2.5 billion yuan (including this number), mainly for the construction of lithium-ion battery anode materials and distributed photovoltaic power station projects.
The announcement shows that the main reason for Yicheng Xinneng's fund-raising is to expand the production capacity of lithium batteries and enhance the installed capacity of photovoltaic power plants, help the company upgrade its new energy strategy industry and enhance its market competitiveness.
It is reported that Yicheng Xinneng was founded in 1997 with a registered capital of 2.081 billion yuan and listed in June 2010. The company's main business is: production and sales of high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon cells, production and sales of lithium batteries, operation of solar power plants and production and sales of ultra-high power graphite electrodes and anode materials. Up to now, the largest shareholder of Yicheng New Town, China Pingmei Shenma Group, holds 48.51% of the shares, and the actual controller is Henan SASAC.
