Among them, there are 58 new energy and renewable energy industries, accounting for 9.08%. The main problem is that the complaints of volt users can not be connected to the grid or the subsidies are not issued in time.

In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of energy investors, operators and users, maintain the order of the energy market, perform regulatory duties according to law, actively open channels for complaints and reports, and give full play to the role of 12398 (including 12398 telephone, fax, e-mail, etc.) The handling of complaints and reports on the 12398 Energy Regulatory Hotline in Jiangsu Region in June 2023 is hereby notified as follows:
1. Basic situation
(1) In June
2023, the 12398 hotline received 639 pieces of valid information, an increase of 0.79% annually and a decrease of 23.93% year-on-year. According to the classification of information, there are 24 complaints and reports, 514 consultations, and 101 praises, help-seeking, suggestions and other aspects. From the perspective of reflection channels, there are 601 12398 calls, 22 12398 public numbers, 6 e-mails and 10 messages.
(II) Classification
Among the valid information received in June 2023, there are 464 items in the power industry, accounting for 72.61%; 58 items in the new energy and renewable energy industry, accounting for 9.08%; 65 items in the oil and gas industry, accounting for 10.17%; and 52 items in other fields, accounting for 8.14%.
Jiangsu Energy Regulatory Office directly handled 24 complaints and reports, including 21 in the power industry and 3 in new and renewable energy. It mainly involves 15 power supply services, 6 power security, 3 new energy and renewable energy.
(III) Regional distribution
In June 2023, there were 4 complaints and reports in Nantong, 3 in Lianyungang and Suqian, 2 in Changzhou, Huaian, Wuxi, Xuzhou and Yangzhou, and 1 in Nanjing, Taizhou, Yancheng and Zhenjiang.
II. Main problems
reflected in complaints and reports (I) Power supply services: First, users complain about the power supply company's illegal power outage, which is considered not to be notified in advance; second, photovoltaic users complain about the inability to connect to the grid or the untimely distribution of subsidies; Third, users complain about the poor attitude of the staff of the power supply company in the service process.
(II) Power safety: users are dissatisfied with the location of power facilities such as transformers, meter boxes and high-voltage lines, and believe that there are potential safety hazards.
III. Investigation and handling of complaints and reports & nbsp; Jiangsu Energy Regulatory Office has investigated and handled 24 complaints and reports accepted in June, 21 of which have been completed, and the remaining 3 are being investigated and handled.
