Wang Kedong, the president of China United Cement, made a work report entitled "Clarifying the objectives, paying close attention to the implementation, strict management, continuous improvement and striving to achieve high-quality development and sprint the annual objectives and tasks"; the representatives of Dongping Zhonglian, Yinan Zhonglian, Qingdao Zhonglian Concrete, Xuzhou Zhonglian Concrete, Zhonglian Zhuben Concrete, Nanping Zhonglian and Sipu Zhonglian of China United Cement exchanged experiences; Man Gaopeng, Vice President of New Tianshan Cement , Party Secretary and Chairman of Zhonglian Cement, made a speech. Wang Kedong comprehensively reviewed the work of China United Cement in the first half of 2023, pointed out many gaps and shortcomings in the work, and analyzed the business situation in the second half of the year. With regard to the work in the second half of the year, he proposed to focus on ten aspects of work:

2, adhere to lean management, stabilize prices and ensure quantity;
3, strengthen market construction, optimize the allocation of resources;
4. Adhere to meticulous management to improve quality and efficiency;
5. Adhere to well-organized to enhance efficiency;
6. Adhere to problem-oriented to solve problems;
7. Adhere to long-term perspective to lay a solid foundation;
8. Adhere to strict management and standardize operation;
9. Adhere to bottom-line thinking and mitigate risks;
10. Strengthen Party building.
Man Gaopeng pointed out that
Man Gaopeng first reviewed the differential changes of the industry situation in the first half of 2023, briefly summarized the achievements of China United Cement in the first half of the year, pointed out the existing problems and shortcomings, and analyzed the industry situation in the second half of the year. In view of the work in the second half of the year, he put forward ten requirements:
1. Unswervingly adhere to the positioning of leading the ecological construction of the industry;
2. Unswervingly adhere to strict management and standardized management;
3. Continuously optimize the allocation of market resources;
4. Attach great importance to and implement the work plan of increase, saving and reduction;
5. Enhance financial thinking and legal thinking;
6. Actively promote the brand remodeling project;
7. Stick to the bottom line of safety and environmental protection;
8. Deepen the pattern of "extensive supervision" and do a good job in risk provention and control;
9. Do a good job in the construction of talent team and speed up the training of young cadres;

in the summary of the meeting, Ye Yan asked all member enterprises to earnestly study and understand the spirit of the meeting, unify their ideas and build consensus, study and deploy the work in the second half of the year, further boost confidence and energy, resolutely fight for steady growth, and accomplish the objectives and tasks of the whole year with high quality.
At the meeting, Ye Yan read out the Decision of the Party Committee of Zhonglian Cement on the Recognition of Advanced Grass-roots Party Organizations, Excellent Communist Party Members and Excellent Party Workers of Zhonglian Cement, and commended the commended representatives on the spot.
The meeting was held in the form of on-site + video conference, and the members of the leading group of Zhonglian Cement. The middle-level and above managers of the headquarters and the general managers of the regional marketing centers, the principal responsible persons of the enterprises, the deputy general managers of production and the chief financial officers (financial officers) were in the main venue, and more than 600 middle-level and above managers of the member enterprises attended the meeting in 71 sub-venues.
