Recently, the EPC project of Matanghu Limestone Mine in Quanjiao, Anhui Province, with an annual output of 9 million tons of aggregate processing (Phase I), which was constructed by the Ninth Hydropower Bureau, successfully completed the first main equipment hoisting task. The successful hoisting of the vibrating screen equipment not only marks the formal start of the installation of the project equipment, but also lays a solid foundation for the project construction to achieve high-quality performance and to be completed and put into operation on schedule.
The project is an EPC general contracting project signed by Sinohydro Bureau 9 Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Sinohydro Bureau 9"). The project is located in Yejiadashan, Matanghu Farm, Liuzhen Town, Quanjiao, Anhui Province, with a total investment of about 450 million yuan. The mining area has 55.4972 million cubic meters of resources, a designed mining scale of 9 million tons per year and a service life of 15.3 years. The production line of sand and gravel aggregate has a scale of 9 million tons/year, and its main specifications are sand and gravel aggregates ranging from 0 mm to 25 mm. The system is mainly composed of crushing workshop, screening workshop, soil removal and screening workshop, soil removal and stacking shed, finished product stacking shed, finished product screening and storage steel warehouse, transit warehouse, finished product stacking shed loading point, etc.

Since the construction of the project started on November 26, 2022, in order to speed up the construction progress and quality, the project department has carried out the "double introduction and double construction" party building project in depth, focusing on giving full play to the "party building plus" enabling effect for project production. In light of the actual situation, a number of teams, such as Party member demonstration posts and youth safety demonstration posts, have been set up to organize and carry out thematic labor competitions such as "focusing on high-quality development, vigorously improving the quality and efficiency of operation, building a modern and strong enterprise in an all-round way", "building the 14th Five-Year Plan and striving for a new journey" for 120 days, which has effectively set off a rapid upsurge. At the same time, according to the actual situation of the project, we should dynamically adjust the construction schedule, rationally organize and allocate machinery, materials and personnel resources, comprehensively implement effective management measures such as cross-construction system and Party members'on-site construction shift system, and take various measures to speed up the construction of the project. More than 10 project node objectives, such as the completion of the first 10000 tons of finished product storage and transportation steel warehouse, and the hoisting of the first main equipment, have been completed successively with high quality.
