Natural Resources of Hunan Province disclosed today that the first batch of eight provincial-level mining rights listed for sale in Hunan Province this year were all sold recently, with a total transaction price of 1.048 billion yuan and a comprehensive premium rate of 14.3%. Of the eight provincial mining rights
successfully sold, six were sold at the bottom price and two were sold at a premium. The mining right of limestone mine for building stones in Changchong Liujia Mining Area, Lengshuitan District, Yongzhou City has a starting price of 41 million yuan and a transaction price of 126 million yuan, with a premium rate of 207.3%; the mining right of limestone mine for building stones in Dashan Mining Area, Xintian County has a starting price of 54 million yuan and a transaction price of 100 million yuan, with a premium rate of 85.2%.
It is understood that the mining rights of this transaction are mainly building aggregate minerals. There are 7 sand and stone mines for common building materials, with recoverable reserves of 8,100 tons 22739 and planned production scale of 12.9 million tons/year; there is 1 limestone mine for cement, with recoverable reserves of 57.645 million tons and planned production scale of 2 million tons/year.
The Provincial Department of Natural Resources will supervise and speed up the production of the transferred mining rights, so that the transferred mineral resources can be transformed into effective production capacity as soon as possible.
