(II) Metallurgical enterprises: the metal casting, continuous casting and casting processes are not equipped with emergency discharge and storage facilities for high-temperature molten metal such as molten iron tank, molten steel tank, overflow tank and intermediate overflow tank.

4. Prominent problems

in mines (1) Coal mines

1. Gas inspection has the situation of missing inspection, false inspection and operation.

2. Super-capacity, super-strength or super-staff organization production.

3. The ventilation system is imperfect and unreliable.

4. The mine is not equipped with safety monitoring system, personnel location monitoring system or the system can not operate normally, and the system data is modified, deleted and shielded.

(2) Metal and non-metal mines

1. Underground mines: safety exits do not meet the requirements of standards and safety facilities design. Failure to implement the examination and approval system or safety measures for underground or wellhead hot work in accordance with the provisions of the State. Portable gas detection alarms and self-rescuers with safety signs of mining products are not equipped or carried with them, or employees can not use self-rescuers correctly. The goaf is not treated according to the treatment method or time required by the design.

2. Open-pit mine: the top-down mining sequence is not adopted for bench or layer mining.

3. Tailings pond: the buried depth of saturation line is less than buried depth of control saturation line. The flood drainage facilities are partially blocked or collapsed, the drainage wells are inclined, and the drainage capacity is reduced, which can not meet the design requirements.

1. Construction units of mine construction projects fail to comply with the approved design and construction of safety facilities.

in fire control (1) Inflammable and explosive dangerous goods are used and stored in densely populated places in violation of fire safety regulations.
