In order to grasp the progress of the project and take advantage of the recent fine weather to grasp the construction, nearly 800 construction workers perform their duties on the project site every day, racing against time and striving to make the project construction run out of the "acceleration".
At present, the central control building and water pump room in the production area of the main project of the cement production project have been basically completed, and the kiln head boiler installation, cable bridge installation, clinker hot air pipeline and other equipment are being installed and debugged. It is understood that the 4000t/d clinker cement production line reduction replacement project of Duyun Shangfeng Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. will build a 4000t/d clinker cement production line with 9MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation and 200t/d sludge disposal system, with an annual output of 1.32 million tons of clinker and 1.7 million tons of cement. The annual power generation (six-stage preheater) is 3,432 × 104kWh, the annual power supply is 3,174.6 × 104kWh, and the annual sludge disposal is 66,000 tons. The scope of construction is from limestone mining, crushing and transportation, auxiliary raw materials entering the plant to cement finished products leaving the plant (including coal powder preparation and transportation) and supporting production and living auxiliary facilities, 9 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation system, 200t/d sludge disposal system. An aggregate production line of 5 million tons/year and a commercial concrete production line of 2 million cubic meters/year will be built. The total investment of the project is 1.03 billion yuan.
At present, the new office buildings, dormitories and canteens in the factory area have been built, the construction workers are improving the building decoration and the surrounding ancillary facilities, the supporting infrastructure is improving day by day, and the factory area with complete functions is gradually taking shape.
The project construction does not stop, and the service enterprises do not relax. Since August 2021, Duyun City has set up a special class to promote the project of Duyun Southwest New Building Material Industrial Park, actively study and resolve the difficulties encountered in the project, and assist the project in advancing the preliminary formalities and preparations for the start of the project. It has coordinated and completed the formalities of cement production capacity replacement, project filing, project energy assessment, environmental impact assessment, social risk assessment, planning and design, mining rights setting, land acquisition and demolition, communication and power line relocation, land use indicators and land use, and effectively promoted the project.
