7月19日，山水水泥再次发布盈利警告，根据集团截至2023年6月30日止6个月的未经审核综合管理账目的初步评估，以及基于紧接本公告发布前公司目前可得资料，集团预计于截至2023年6月30日止6个月取得归属于公司权益持有人的净亏损约为人民币214654000元至人民币238505000元，而截至2022年6月30日止6个月，归属于公司权益持有人的净利润为人民币477009000元。
业绩变动主要原因为，截至2023年6月30日止6个月的水泥销售价格较2022年同期大幅下跌所致。
