< Today's Highlights & >

1. Depth | According to the opinions of 33 photovoltaic enterprises' 130 billion refinancing behind-the-scenes horse racing and competitive

comprehensive industry experts, "industry capacity expansion stimulated by downstream installed demand" and "iterative replacement demand of some technical links" are the main reasons for the outbreak of the refinancing market in the photovoltaic industry this year. "Capacity expansion" has become the main direction of refinancing. These expanded capacity include not only the capacity of existing links, but also the capacity of enterprises to extend to other links in order to achieve "integration". Among them, N-type batteries have become the key areas of enterprise investment.

2. The European Union increases the number of photovoltaic manufacturing! A

few days ago, the European Commission allocated 3.6 billion euros ( $4.04 billion) to 41 large-scale clean technology projects through the EU Innovation Fund, including three photovoltaic module projects under the clean technology manufacturing category. Among them, the HOPE (European High-Efficiency Onshore Photovoltaic Module Manufacturing ) project of Meyer Burger, a photovoltaic module manufacturer, received 200 million euros from the fund. The project involves additional capacity of 3.5G W solar cells and modules built by Meyer Burger in Germany and possibly in Spain.

3. Blockbuster! On July 20, 2023, the National Energy Administration pointed out the four major development directions

of the photovoltaic industry, and the seminar on the review of the development of the photovoltaic industry in the first half of 2023 and the outlook for the situation in the second half of 2023, organized by the China Photovoltaic Industry Association, was successfully held in Xuancheng, Anhui Province. During the meeting, Xing Yiteng , Director of the New Energy Division of the Department of New Energy and Renewable Energy of the State Energy Administration, introduced the development status and problems of China's photovoltaic industry and put forward four suggestions.

> 1.1.298 yuan/W! Zhengtai Xinneng, Yijing, Tianhe, Jingke and Huayao were included in the framework procurement project

of photovoltaic modules of the State Energy Group. On July 18, the Guodian Power Technology Consulting Branch of the State Energy Group announced the successful candidates for the public bidding for the framework agreement procurement of photovoltaic modules in 2023. The successful candidates are Zhengtai, Yijing, Trina Solar, Jingke and Huayao Optoelectronics, with bidding prices ranging from 324.5 million yuan to 467.95 million yuan and bidding unit prices ranging from 1.298 to 1.4375 yuan/W.

2. The Energy Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region issued a notice

on the list of 3.483 GW new energy projects on July 19. The Energy Bureau of Inner Mongolia issued a notice on the list of five market-oriented new energy projects, indicating that experts had evaluated the five market-oriented new energy projects declared by the League cities. Five projects were included in the list of market-oriented new energy projects, with a total of 3.483 million kilowatts of new energy allocated, including 2.59 million kilowatts of wind power and 893,000 kilowatts of photovoltaic power.

3. On July 18, the Chongqing Bankruptcy Court issued a notice on the short life

of Chongqing Shenhua's 7.5 billion photovoltaic project. In the bankruptcy liquidation case (2022) Yu 05 Po No.236 of Chongqing Shenhua Thin Film Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Chongqing Shenhua") accepted by the Fifth Intermediate People's Court of Chongqing, the administrator will dispose of the property in the litigation assets network of the People's Court from 10:00 on August 7, 2023 to 10:00 on August 8, 2023, with a starting price of 676 million yuan.
