In 2022, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders deliberated and adopted the Bill on the Amendment of the Articles of Association and the Bill on Authorizing the Board of Directors of the Company to Handle the Registration Procedures for Industrial and Commercial Changes, agreed to amend the relevant provisions of the Articles of Association, and authorized the relevant personnel to handle the procedures for industrial and commercial changes and filing.
