At the meeting, the Atmospheric Department of Hangzhou Municipal Bureau listened to the report on the ultra-low emission transformation and problem rectification of cement enterprises, and exchanged the air pollution reduction measures and dispatching suggestions to be taken during the major activities.

On the morning of July 18, the Hangzhou Bureau of Ecology and Environment organized a special work promotion meeting for the cement industry in

order to promote the second stage of ultra-low emission transformation of organized waste gas emissions in the cement industry and the consultation on air pollution reduction during major activities. Shen Haifeng, deputy secretary and deputy director of the Party Group of the Bureau, attended and delivered a speech. The heads of relevant departments (units) of Hangzhou Municipal Bureau and provincial cement industry associations were invited to attend, and the heads of Fuyang, Linan, Tonglu and Jiande sub-bureaus and 11 cement enterprises attended the meeting.

Shen Haifeng pointed out that first, it is of great practical significance to further improve air quality and promote the long-term development of enterprises by fighting the battle of defending the blue sky, speeding up the double control and reduction of PM2.5 and O3, and doing a good job in the transformation of ultra-low emission of waste gas in the cement industry. Second, to effectively speed up the progress of this year's ultra-low emission transformation task, enterprises should fully implement the main responsibility, refine and clarify the time node, process and specific plan of ultra-low emission transformation according to the annual plan, and complete the transformation on time. Third, we should take the initiative to do a good job of assistance and guidance . Each sub-bureau should earnestly fulfill its supervisory responsibilities, assist enterprises in choosing mature technological routes, and ensure that the transformation work is completed on time, with quality and quantity guaranteed. The relevant departments (units) of the Municipal Bureau should combine service with supervision, coordinate and solve the practical difficulties of enterprises while strictly enforcing the law. Fourth, to coordinate the implementation of emission reduction measures , enterprises take the initiative to fulfill their statutory emission reduction obligations, not only to ensure that this year's production capacity is not affected, but also to ensure that emission reduction measures during major events are effective.
