In view of the sand and gravel industry, the Catalogue (Draft for Consultation) proposes to encourage the harmless production of sand and gravel aggregates from large quantities of wastes such as mine tailings, construction wastes, industrial wastes, municipal sludge, river, lake (canal) and sea silt, and to encourage the production of super-large high-quality machine-made sand and gravel aggregates with an annual output of 10 million tons or more. High-quality machine-made sand and gravel aggregate production technology and equipment without sewage, sludge discharge and near-zero dust discharge, such as short-process and low-energy consumption soft rock processing, high-efficiency hard rock processing and sand making station, and long-life wear-resistant materials for sand and gravel production.
It is reported that compared with the previous edition, the total number of items in the Catalogue (Draft for Consultation) has been reduced by 476, the number of encouraged items has been reduced by 473, the number of restricted items has been increased by 16, and the number of eliminated items has been reduced by 19. The time for soliciting opinions is from July 14 to August 14, 2023.
