Huayi Building Project successfully obtained the construction permit on June 30, 2023, and is expected to enter the construction site at the end of July.
It is understood that the Huayi Building project is located on the north side of Taijiang Road and the east side of Wuyi South Road in Taijiang District, with a total investment of 501 million yuan, which is invested and constructed by Fujian Century Huayi Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. The total construction area of the project is about 15488 square meters, with an underground construction area of 5735.54 square meters. It is planned to build a single 12-storey office building with 10 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. The two underground floors are underground parking lots, the first floor is office, hall and equipment rooms, and the second to tenth floors are office rooms.
Reporters at the construction site of the project saw that workers were methodically building car wash pools at the entrance and exit of the construction site, cleaning up construction roads and other preparatory work, laying a good foundation for the early construction of the project.
"The relevant departments directly under the district and Yingzhou Street have helped us coordinate and solve many problems encountered in the progress of the project, which has relieved our worries about the smooth construction." Huayi Building project site manager said. According to the

map, the facade of Huayi Building will adopt a large area of glass vertical panels, with simple and smooth metal lines, and integrate with the surrounding natural landscape to maximize the lighting effect.
The Huayi Building project is expected to be completed in August 2025. After the completion of the project, under the guidance of the relevant government departments, the landscape along the Yingzhou River around the building will be renovated to further improve the business quality and appearance of the urban area.
