In the cement production workshop, the cement packaging line runs in an orderly manner, and bags of cement are continuously transported to the truck. At the same time, the bulk cement workshop is also stepping up the canning of cement, and there is a long queue of vehicles carrying cement. According to the order requirements, the operators in the central control room allocate reasonably to ensure that the production line reaches the optimal operation state, reduce energy consumption and make full efforts to produce.
"The company will continue to strengthen production management, continuously improve production efficiency and capacity, ensure stable operation of production lines, daily cement production of 4500 tons, daily clinker production of 2800 tons, to meet the construction needs of major projects in Burqin County." Zhao Kefeng, deputy general manager of Burqin Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd., said.
It is understood that Buerjin Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd. plans to produce 600,000 tons of cement in the whole year, and has completed 247,300 tons, 41.21% of the task; plans to produce 470,000 tons of clinker, and has completed 181,000 tons, 38.51% of the task.
