II. Sand mining permit decision
The annual implementation plan for river sand mining will be announced to the public in a timely manner after approval, and the water administration department will accept the application for river sand mining in the whole county within the announcement period of the plan (subject to the announcement time of the county government portal website). Applicants for sand mining must meet the conditions and requirements stipulated in the Regulations on the Management of River Sand Mining in Jiangxi Province.
