Recently, the National Bureau of Statistics released the first half of the national fixed asset investment data, the data show that the first half of the fixed asset investment increased by 3.8% year-on-year, the investment structure continued to optimize, and investment in key areas continued to strengthen. In particular, the rapid growth of infrastructure investment has played an important role in stimulating investment and expanding domestic demand. All localities have actively promoted the construction of major infrastructure such as transportation and water conservancy, and the pace of project construction has been accelerated and the results have gradually emerged.
It is understood that since July, major projects in various parts of China have been started intensively, which has injected new impetus into economic development. For example, Hefei, Wuhu, Huangshan and other places in Anhui launched 776 major manufacturing projects on July 3, with a total investment of 489.82 billion yuan. On July 11, Nansha, Guangzhou, held the third quarter of major project start-up and completion activities, a total of 54 major projects were completed, with a total investment of more than 130 billion yuan. Similarly, a total of 191 completed projects were launched in Nanning, Guangxi on July 12, with a total investment of about 47.445 billion yuan. The growth of
infrastructure investment has provided strong support for sand and gravel demand. As an important part of building materials, sand and gravel are widely used in cement, concrete, road paving and so on. With the continuous progress of the project, the demand for sand and gravel will continue to increase, bringing more development opportunities for related industries.
At the same time, we also need to face up to the challenges faced by the sand and gravel industry. On the one hand, the rational exploitation of sand and gravel resources and environmental protection are urgent problems to be solved. On the other hand, the standardized management and sustainable development of the sand and gravel industry also need to be further strengthened. Only by continuously promoting industrial upgrading and innovative development can we achieve a balance between demand and utilization.
In recent years, China's infrastructure construction has made considerable progress, and investment in transportation, water conservancy and other fields has been increasing. While these projects are good for the demand for sand and gravel, they also put forward higher requirements for the development of the sand and gravel industry. Sand and gravel industry should actively follow up, strengthen production and supply capacity, and continuously improve product quality and technical level to meet the higher requirements of future project construction for sand and gravel.
