On July 17, the Indonesian plant of China Construction Western Construction Overseas Company successfully won the bid for the project of Zhejiang Hailiang Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 100,000 tons of high-performance electrolytic copper foil, with a contracted volume of 100,000 square meters.
The project was officially started on June 20 in Indonesia's Jipei Special Economic Zone, with a total investment of 860 million US dollars. After completion, it is expected to promote the coordinated development of Indonesia's new energy industry cluster, create a large number of employment opportunities, and effectively enhance Indonesia's industrial innovation and international technology professional level. At the same time, the project will strive to build the largest copper foil manufacturing enterprise in Southeast Asia and promote the new development of Indonesia's local economy.
This project is the second large-scale industrial project undertaken by overseas companies in Indonesia's Jipei Special Economic Zone after Xinyi Glass Project, and it is also another achievement of overseas companies to join hands with the main business units in the system to expand the industrial market. The Indonesian factory of
the overseas company will adhere to the principle of mutual benefit and common development, fulfill the contract with high quality, help partners open up the international market, boost local economic development, and continuously expand the overseas influence of the western construction of China Construction.
