The system condenses the safety standards of the industry, the experience of industry experts and the safety management concepts at all levels of the group, solves the problems of standardization, standardization and rigidity of safety management, and makes safety management visible, knowable and controllable. To realize the transformation from "ex post traceability" to "ex ante prevention", to ensure the "rigidity" of the implementation of the operation management process through digital means, to eradicate the "stubborn illness" of illegal operations and non-supervised operations, and to effectively promote the improvement of the safety management level of enterprises in essence. Wang Yumeng put forward four requirements for the next step: First, pay close attention to fine management, implement precise policies, and build a strong line of defense for safe production. The meeting also introduced the implementation of the system deployment.
