On July 12, the first liquid-cooled energy storage system of Zhengtai Power Supply with the highest specific energy in the world was offline, which means that Zhengtai Power Supply can officially use 5.1M Wh standard 20-foot cabinet to undertake energy storage projects, which belongs to the new era of energy storage of Zhengtai Power Supply. Xiang Haifeng, deputy general manager of Zhengtai Power Supply, led relevant personnel to attend the offline ceremony.
POWER BLOCK2.0 liquid-cooled energy storage is the key product of Chint Power this year. Referring to the background of its birth, Xiang Haifeng introduced: As an energy storage system, we mainly consider safety, performance and cost. Therefore, we need to do the ultimate design under the premise of safety, and through comprehensive cost considerations, to achieve high quality and low price of products. The Power Block 1.0 air-cooled battery 3.4M Wh standard 20-foot product launched last year is still the air-cooled system with the highest volume specific energy in the industry. The project delivery in Aksay, Gaotai, Yongchang, Fuzhou and other places has been completed with the optimal whole system scheme and 3.45 MW integrated machine. After the introduction
of POWER BLOCK1.0, we worked hard to develop the liquid cooling system, and the 3.72 MWh standard 20-foot cabinet liquid cooling scheme came into being for 1 C applications. This time, the POWER BLOCK2.0 liquid cooling system, a 5.1MWh 20-foot standard cabinet, is the liquid cooling energy storage system with the highest volume specific energy at present, which not only reduces the unit watt-hour electricity cost of the battery system, but also makes full use of the full power of the 5MW inverter booster integrated machine to achieve the optimal unit watt-hour cost of the whole system. The comprehensive delivery cost is optimal.
