On July 14, the second batch of national large-scale wind power photovoltaic base "Shanghai Temple Phase II" 4 million kilowatt new energy project supporting convergence project constructed by Inner Mongolia Electric Power Group was approved and approved. The project is located in Shanghaimiao Town, Etok Front Banner, Ordos City. It is planned to build two new 500 KV gathering stations, three 500 KV outgoing lines totaling 17 kilometers, and eight 220 KV gathering lines totaling 87 kilometers, with a total investment of 803 million yuan.
The project is an important project to implement the national policy of "increasing the proportion of renewable energy transmission in inter-provincial transmission channels" and "promoting the integration of power source, network, load and storage and the complementary development of multi-energy". After completion, it will greatly increase the proportion of new energy sent out by the autonomous region. At the same time, more than 50 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity can be transmitted to Shandong Province every year, which is about 1/10 of the annual electricity consumption of Shandong Province, and the annual coal consumption can be reduced by 25.2 million tons. The design of the
project takes full account of the layout of the new energy base, and in line with the idea of saving and intensive construction, it is the first time to apply the design schemes of centralized monitoring, intelligent operation and maintenance, fewer people and no one in the 500 kV substation. According to the structure of "one field, two stations and three lines", the main station adopts the bonding mode, and the sub-station adopts the line-changing group connection. To realize the "tailor-made" of large-scale scenery bases.
From June 25, when it was formally incorporated into the national power development plan, to July 14, when it was approved, the project once again broke the "record" of approval speed and laid a solid foundation for completion and commissioning in 2024.
