On July 17, Conch Cement announced the announcement of connected transactions: acceptance of engineering project design and technical services, preheater equipment design and supply services and SCR denitrification technical transformation services.
Engineering Project Design and Technical Service
On July 17, 2023, the Company signed the Engineering Project Design and Technical Service Contract with Conch Design Institute. Conch Design Institute will provide engineering design and/or technical transformation services for certain subsidiaries of the Company for aggregate, machine-made sand, commercial concrete, grinding station and roller press technical transformation projects, comprehensive projects, large-scale special transformation projects of the Company, engineering consulting services and other projects, with a contract price of RMB128.7 million.
Preheater Equipment Design and Supply Services
On February 3, 2023, the Company signed two Preheater Sales Contracts with Conch Design Institute. Conch Design Institute provided six-stage preheater equipment design and supply services for the clinker production lines of two subsidiaries of the Company respectively, with each contract price of RMB32 million, and the total price of the two contracts was RMB64 million. On January 16,
2023, the company signed the General Contract for SCR Denitrification with Conch Design Institute. Conch Design Institute provided engineering design, technical calibration and equipment supply and commissioning services for SCR denitrification technology transformation projects of eight clinker production lines of certain subsidiaries of the Company, with a contract price of RMB64 million.
