工程项目设计与技术服务
2023年7月17日，公司与海螺设计院签署《工程项目设计与技术服务合同》，根据该合同，海螺设计院将为公司若干附属公司的骨料、机制砂、商砼、粉磨站及辊压机技改项目、综合类项目、公司大型专项改造项目、工程咨询服务等项目提供工程设计及/或技术改造服务，合同价格为人民币1.287亿元。
预热器设备设计及供货服务
2023年2月3日，公司与海螺设计院签署了两项《预热器买卖合同》，根据该等合同，海螺设计院分别为公司两间附属公司的熟料生产线提供六级预热器设备设计及供货服务，每项合同价格均为人民币3200万元，该两项合同价格合计为人民币6400万。
SCR脱硝技改服务
2023年1月16日，公司与海螺设计院签署《SCR脱硝总承包合同》，根据该合同，海螺设计院为公司若干附属公司的八条熟料生产线提供SCR脱硝技术改造项目提供工程设计、技术标定和设备供货及调试服务，合同价格为人民币6400万元。
