2023, China Construction Seventh Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. held a meeting of middle-level and above managers. China Construction Group announced the decision on the adjustment of the main leadership of China Construction Seventh Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd.:

Comrade Guo Jianjun was appointed as the party secretary and chairman of China Construction Seventh Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd.;

Comrade Dong Wenxiang was appointed as the deputy party secretary, director and general manager of China Construction Seventh Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd.; Comrade

Fang Shengli will no longer serve as the party secretary and chairman of China Construction Seventh Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd.;

Comrade Sun Xiaohui will no longer serve as the deputy party secretary, director and general manager of China Construction Seventh Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., and will be appointed separately.
