Recently, the first phase wharf project (4-7 # berth) of China Power Construction Changlai Project passed the completion acceptance smoothly. The completion acceptance includes 4-7 # berths in the water area, 4 ship loaders, land storage yard and supporting air film warehouse works. The on-site verification team for
completion acceptance listened to the completion work reports of all participating units, and agreed that the construction contents within the scope of completion had met the contract agreement, met the design and specification requirements, and the project quality was qualified, and agreed to the completion acceptance, and gave the praise that "the wharf project of Changlai Project is the benchmark project of the industry".
It is understood that on December 28, 2022, the first phase of China Electric Power Construction Changlai Xishui Project with an annual output of 20 million tons was officially put into operation. The total investment of the project is about 5.87 billion yuan, with two mining rights, 603 million tons of resource reserves and 40 million tons of designed annual production capacity. The first phase of the project that has been put into operation mainly includes a 6.1 km long rubber corridor with an annual output of 20 million tons of fine aggregate and a transport capacity of 40 million tons per year, and four bulk cargo berths on the Yangtze River. of Changlai Project started pile test on January 13, 2022, and was officially started on March 17. After 330 days, under the care, guidance and assistance of relevant government departments at all levels, Changlai Company officially completed the project on February 9, 2023, passed the handover acceptance on April 11, and obtained the port operation license in the same month. Within three months, six special acceptance checks were completed, including safety facilities, occupational health, fire protection, environmental protection, water conservation and archives.
It is understood that the Changlai Xishui Mine Project plans to build seven new 5000-ton bulk cargo berths with an annual design throughput of 40 million tons, which will be constructed in two phases. Four 5000-ton bulk cargo berths will be built in the first phase of the project.
In the second phase of the project, three 5000-ton bulk cargo berths will be constructed, and three 2500-ton/hour linear rail ship loaders will be equipped. After the completion of the second phase of the project, on the basis of the first phase of the project, the production and transportation capacity of sand and gravel aggregates in the mine will be doubled to 40 million tons per year.
In the next step, Changlai Company will continue to strengthen its operation and management in accordance with the safety regulations of the port and wharf, so as to create good conditions for the export of the project products.
