The shield machine of the right line between Yingze Bridge West Station and Taoyuan Road Station of Taiyuan Rail Transit Line 1, jointly invested by China Railway Construction Investment Group and constructed by China Railway 14th Bureau Group, crossed the Fenhe River smoothly. So far, Taiyuan Rail Transit Line 1 has successfully crossed the Fenhe River, which is also the second largest tributary of the Yellow River and the first shield tunnel on the Qianli Fenhe River, the mother river of Shanxi Province. The first phase of
Taiyuan Rail Transit Line 1 is 28.74 kilometers long, which is the second rail transit project in Taiyuan. The section crossing the Fenhe River can be called the "most difficult section" of Taiyuan Rail Transit Line 1, with a total length of 1278 meters. The tunnel top is only 16 meters away from the river bottom. The whole terrain is a "V" slope, and the buried depth changes greatly. At the same time, the section is located in the lowest position of Taiyuan Rail Transit Line 1, with large groundwater volume and high water pressure. Wang Hui, the shield manager of Taiyuan Rail Transit Line 1 of the 14th Bureau of China Railway, said, "The shield tunneling soil layer is medium sand, fine sand and clay, and the water content of the stratum is saturated, so it is very easy to cause damage and impact on the equipment during the tunneling of the fully liquefied water-rich sand layer." Before the all-weather monitoring
of shield crossing Fenhe River by the
data management and control center, the construction team invited well-known domestic shield experts to hold a demonstration meeting to adapt the shield machine, and optimized the parameter setting of shield tunneling according to the test section, so as to guide the shield crossing construction more accurately. In shield construction, the international advanced new polymer dregs improver is used to improve the dregs. Through three-dimensional visualization real-time display, precise grouting of key construction parts, remote intelligent monitoring of shield operation and other measures, the shield machine can be safely and efficiently excavated.
After a total of 35 days of excavation under the river, the shield machine "Fenjin No.2" on the left line of the section and the shield machine "Fenjin No.3" on the right line of the section have successively achieved double-track safe crossing.
