It is planned to build a belt conveyor platform of about 299 meters and a belt conveyor corridor of about 670 meters at Toumen Port, equipped with two ship unloaders and one ship loader; Eighteen new storage depots, cement mixing buildings, cement packaging workshops and other ancillary facilities will be built in the land area, forming a scale of 6 million tons of cement transfer and preparation.

It is reported that the project is located in Guanggang Wharf, Binhai New Area, Maoming. Hongshi Cement invests in the construction of special loading and unloading equipment, belt conveyor process system, transfer silo and related supporting process equipment and facilities, and the construction of 5 million tons of cement transfer and preparation station to meet the needs of cement loading and unloading, storage, preparation and transshipment, with a total investment of about 280 million yuan.
Cement is a typical resource industry, most of the production lines are built in areas rich in ore resources, and these areas are often far away from the core market, so the establishment of clinker bases close to resources and grinding stations close to the market has become an important means for many cement enterprises to control the hot market.
