近日，陕西省发布了《关于做好2023-2024年水泥行业错峰生产工作的通知》。
错峰时间为2023年12月1日零时至2024年3月10日24时；错峰生产范围为省内所有水泥熟料生产线。
通知要求，对错峰生产未按规定执行的生产线，两年内暂停该集团生产线作为产能置换指标交易，三年内不得申报大气污染防治专项资金，重污染天气重点行业绩效评级给予降级处理。
错峰生产期间，因遇重污染天气应急、政府重大活动保障等需要，按地方政府要求执行。
据统计，近期多省水泥行业将/已进入错峰停产状态。
