Resource reserves: the 17827 of limestone resources for cement is 20,000 tons. Limestone resources for building stones are 12789 80000 tons. The resource of dolomite ore body for construction is 10.661 million tons.
It is reported that in order to achieve a major transformation and upgrading of cement production technology, Witton Cement Group has implemented a digital and intelligent green factory technology transformation of the existing production line, through the "equivalent replacement" of production capacity. A second generation new dry process cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4500 tons and a special cement clinker production line with a daily output of 1500 tons will be built, and 50000 tons of hazardous waste and 400 tons of domestic waste will be disposed of annually. It also integrates and applies the most advanced design concepts, technologies and equipment in the cement industry to transform the whole plant into a digital and intelligent green plant from the aspects of intelligent control, intelligent logistics, intelligent management, intelligent service and digital mine.
The data show that Witton Cement takes cement manufacturing as its main industry, extends its industrial chain, develops multi-related industries, including mining, building aggregates, waste heat power generation, hazardous waste disposal, domestic waste disposal, commercial concrete, dry-mixed mortar and other multi-industries, and gradually transforms from a single cement industry to a green environmental protection industry. It is a key enterprise in Shanxi cement industry, a major special cement production enterprise in North China, one of the top 100 cement clinker production enterprises in China, and one of the top 500 building materials enterprises in China.
