2023, after nearly 38 hours of continuous pouring, the concrete for the bearing platform of the largest single pier No.5 of the Shangyou River Bridge along the Sui-Da Expressway, a key project in Jiangxi Province, was successfully poured by the 5th Division of Section A of the Sui-Da Expressway in Shangyou County, with a total concrete pouring of 1737.45 cubic meters.
It is understood that the Shangyou River Bridge has four large pile caps, and the design size of the first large pile cap of Pier 5 is 24.3 meters * 14.3 meters * 5 meters, which is the largest single pile cap of the whole line. In the process of pouring, in order to overcome the difficulties of great changes in the terrain on both sides of the Shangyou River Bridge, narrow roads, limited construction surface of the large bearing platform of Pier 5, difficult implementation of large-scale machinery and difficult transportation of materials, the five divisions of the roadbed planned ahead of time, organized experts, technicians and construction teams from colleges and universities scientifically. Pre-deployment is carried out from the aspects of mixing station processing, concrete transportation, road emergency anti-skid disposal, concrete pouring technology and technology, construction plan scheduling, logistics personnel supply and other emergency disposal links to ensure the safety, standards and standardization of the construction process and the smooth progress of the pouring.
At the same time, considering the high requirements for hydration heat control of mass concrete and the strict requirements for temperature control, in order to ensure the quality of pile cap pouring, two new technologies are adopted in the fifth division of subgrade. Firstly, moderate to low fever cement is used, fly ash, granulated blast furnace slag powder and high-efficiency retarding water reducer are added to optimize the mix proportion of cement concrete, and the temperature stress and shrinkage stress are analyzed by calculating the total hydration heat of cementitious materials, the adiabatic temperature rise of concrete and the peak temperature to determine the safety factor of temperature control and crack resistance, so as to improve the durability and crack resistance of concrete components. Secondly, an intelligent temperature control system for thermal insulation is installed in the bearing platform to monitor the temperature of mass concrete in real time by means of digital intelligence, and relying on the cooling water circulation system arranged in the bearing platform, to ensure that the concrete pouring temperature, internal temperature, internal surface temperature difference and cooling rate are within the standard range, so as to avoid cracks due to temperature stress.
It is reported that Shangyou River Bridge is one of the control projects of Suining-Dalian Expressway, with a total length of 1419 meters, a total of 7 links and 24 spans, and a maximum span of 160 meters. The main bridge crosses the main channel of Shangyou River with a continuous rigid frame main span, of which the No.7 main pier is 126 meters high, which is the highest pier in the province so far.
