In view of the unfair competition problems reflected by downstream enterprises, such as the unified price increase and the false high price in the concrete market in the main urban area, on the afternoon of March 13, the Chizhou Market Supervision Bureau held an anti-monopoly compliance interview to conduct a centralized interview with the Chizhou Concrete Industry Association and 12 concrete production enterprises in Guichi District, and gave administrative guidance.
At the meeting, the comprehensive law enforcement detachment gave a briefing on the concrete price situation in Chizhou City and its surrounding areas and the monopoly risk found in the investigation, and the price supervision section gave guidance on the pricing regulations of the commodity market in the light of the demand for commercial concrete in the region and the alternative factors of market supply. It has concentrated on studying the Anti-monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China, the Interim Provisions on the Prohibition of Monopoly Agreements, the Anti-monopoly Compliance Guidelines for Operators of the Anti-monopoly Committee of the State Council and the Notice of Chizhou City on the Special Action of Anti-monopoly Law Enforcement in the Field of People's Livelihood. The issuance of the Administrative Guidance requires associations and enterprises to conduct self-examination and self-correction and operate in compliance with regulations. Chizhou Concrete Association and enterprises promise to organize regular training, comprehensively enhance the anti-monopoly awareness of enterprises, clarify the main responsibility of enterprises, take measures to prevent industry monopoly, and ensure that production and operation activities are carried out in accordance with the law and regulations.
Next, Chizhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau will further strengthen anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition law enforcement, gradually establish and improve a long-term mechanism for fair market competition, encourage full market competition, guide enterprises to play the main role of fair competition, create a unified and open market system with orderly competition, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and social public interests.
