It is understood that the Red Lion Cement Transfer and Preparation Station project covers an area of 69 mu, with a total investment of 720 million yuan. It is planned to build a belt conveyor platform of about 299 meters and a belt conveyor corridor of about 670 meters at Toumen Port, equipped with two ship unloaders and one ship loader; Eighteen new storage depots, cement mixing buildings, cement packaging workshops and other ancillary facilities will be built in the land area, forming a scale of 6 million tons of cement transfer and preparation. The main project of the

project started construction on February 18, 2022. Due to the complex geological structure of the project land, in order to speed up the construction progress of the project, Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. convened design institutes, geological survey units and construction teams, held seminars for many times, abandoned the original piling technology, reorganized the technical team, increased investment, and adopted rotary excavation technology to carry out pile construction. After the project is put into production, it is estimated that the annual sales revenue will be 2.4 billion yuan, which will further enrich the supply structure of the port area and lay the foundation for the opening of Toumen Port to introduce the first stable bulk carrier route in Southeast Asia.
