How to rationally allocate the existing site resources and improve the utilization rate of land resources? The mode of "industrial upstairs" came into being. What is "Industrial Upstairs"?
"Industrial Upstairs" refers to a new industrial space model that allows enterprises to carry out industrial production in high-rise buildings, borrowing space from the sky-without changing the nature of industrial land, to enhance the volume ratio of buildings, so that high-quality manufacturing enterprises queue up to "go upstairs". A "skyscraper factory" has sprung up, simply speaking, is the traditional single-storey industrial plant, like building blocks layer by layer upward. The same scientific and technological project of
China Construction Fifth Engineering Bureau is a key project of the National Network Security Industrial Park (Changsha). Through innovative design, green design and structural design, the project team integrates product planning into the whole process of construction, and builds a 22-storey green superimposed large-span (25.2 meters) factory building. At present, the main structure of Block A of Building 1 # has been completed.
From "placing boxes" to "stacking boxes", the project realizes the intensive use of land resources through "upward growth". Under the condition of meeting the requirements of building planning height limit of 100 meters and net height, the volume ratio of building area is increased to 3.0, which improves the quality and efficiency of industrial land resources.

"We cooperate with the team of Academician Mark Jian of the Chinese Academy of Engineering to create a new form of industrial architecture in the future-high-rise superimposed large-span factory buildings, which can realize the intensive use of land resources." Yang Ying, a national master of engineering survey and design, said.
In order to meet the needs of the project and build a large-span space on the limited land resources, the design team of the Fifth Bureau of China Construction has made bold innovations and determined the world's first 22-storey, 100-meter-high, 25-meter-span high-rise large-span factory building scheme. The box structure was applied to the 100-meter high-rise building for the first time, breaking the record of the highest five floors of the box structure implementation project, which was also unanimously recognized by the experts of Hunan Over-limit Committee. The
project turns the large-span column-free space of 25.2 meters X 25.2 meters into reality through the dense column frame-tube structure, and the utilization rate of high-rise space is increased by more than 13%. The process flow is developed vertically, which can ensure the confidentiality of production and R & D of high-tech enterprises. In the future, the superimposed large-span industrial plant can not only be loaded into the production line, but also play football, basketball and build swimming pools, so as to truly realize the "upward growth" of space. project, it will build a first-class autonomous and controllable storage system in China, as well as a research and development and production base for flash SSD, contributing to advanced manufacturing and technological innovation in Hunan Province.
