According to laws and regulations such as the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China and the Interim Measures for the Administration of Product Quality Supervision and Spot Inspection, Heilongjiang Provincial Market Supervision Bureau carried out spot inspection of cement and other related products in 2023. It is reported that a total of 91 batches of 2 categories were sampled in the production field. Among them, there are 73 batches of general Portland cement and 18 batches of masonry cement. One batch of samples were found to be unqualified, and the unqualified rate was 1.1%. In terms of
cement, this spot check focused on 12 items such as sulfur trioxide, magnesium oxide, loss on ignition, insoluble matter, chloride ion, setting time, stability, strength, radioactivity, fineness, boiling stability, water retention rate and water-soluble chromium (VI), and found that the strength of one batch of samples did not meet the technical requirements. According to the analysis of technical institutions, the main reason for the unqualified strength is that the enterprise belongs to a small grinding station, which is limited by the insufficient inventory of purchased clinker and the large fluctuation of clinker quality, which may affect the quality of cement, or the laboratory quality index test is not timely.
