Tianshan shares high-level personnel changes

21, Tianshan Stock Company issued a "Notice on the Adjustment of Some Directors and Senior Managers". Xinjiang Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the written resignation reports submitted by Mr. Liu Yan, Director/Vice Chairman of the Company, Mr. Xiao Jiaxiang, Director/President of the Company and Mr. Zhao Xinjun, Director/Executive Vice President of the Company.

Due to work adjustment, Mr. Liu Yan proposed to resign from the position of vice chairman and will continue to serve as a director of the Company and a member of the relevant special committees; Mr.

Xiao Jiaxiang has tendered his resignation from the position of president and will continue to serve as a director and a member of the relevant special committees of the Company, as well as the secretary of the Party Committee of New Tianshan Cement.

Mr. Zhao Xinjun has tendered his resignation from the position of executive vice president and will continue to serve as a director and other positions of the Company. The resignation reports of Mr.

Liu Yan, Mr. Xiao Jiaxiang and Mr. Zhao Xinjun shall take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors of the Company. On March 20,

2023, the company convened the twentieth meeting of the eighth board of directors, deliberated and adopted the Bill on the Election of the Vice Chairman of the Eighth Board of Directors of the Company and the Bill on the Appointment of the President of the Company, and agreed to elect Mr. Xiao Jiaxiang as the Vice Chairman of the Eighth Board of Directors of the Company.
